ST. PETERSBURG HOME
This is a Spanish Mediterranean home in St. Petersburg, Florida built in 1928. In addition to preserving the 84 operable windows, we brought down several windows to match originals that were previously replaced. The restoration process consisted of stripping and priming all windows, installing and glazing over 700 panes of 1/4" laminated glass, and applying two finish coats inside and out. Aside from preserving the historic quality of this home, we restored the windows for $200,000 less than the cost of purchasing new windows.
